Indoor Hydrotherapy and Program Pool
Our most popular pool is used for our Aqua Aerobics classes, GOswim lessons, school program lessons and individual bookings. While the majority of lap lanes available stays the same all year round, we do make changes during our peak season. Please contact us on 02 9607 6598 regarding our indoor hydro pool availabilities.

Please note the outdoor 50-metre pool is seasonal and therefore closed over the winter months.
The outdoor 50-metre pool offers lane space for squad groups, school carnivals, school fundays, recreational swimming and more. During peak season our lane availability changes frequently.
